Top 4 best looking calisthenics skills advanced & masters

When you have been training calisthenics for long enough that you can do almost every exercise but don’t know which of em look the best to do when it comes to impressing your audience? Well then you’ve come to the right place, because today we are going to take a look at the top 5 best looking calisthenics skills out there!.

1.Full Planche

Hands down one of the hardest exercises out there and undoubtedly one of the best looking. The full planche is the best when you want to show off your strength and incredible body coordination that you’ve achieved over a massive period of time!

The full Planche goes hard on your shoulders, core and builds tremendous straight arm pushing strength. This move also requires alot of wrist flexibility, which you already know by now.

2.Human Flag

You dont need to hear from me to know that this is easily the coolest exercise anyone can perform, but that comes with a great cost of strength and endurance cuz you dont wanna kick into the position to fall right back down. This exercise doesn’t even need anymore of an explanation on why it looks cool! That’s how cool it is😂! This is probably the only exercise a gymnast wouldn't perform and hence holds great place in differentiating calisthenics with gymnastics!

3.Front lever

Front lever just takes the show to a whole new level! Add in a single arm variation and damn your name for sure will be known around! Taking about single arm variation we reach the end of this list with not actually an exercise itself but instead something that can make the skills your showing off much harder and cooler too.

4.Single arm variations

The single variation of almost every callisthenic skill you can perform easily outweighs the standard version of it! When you've come to read this blog post i assume you to be an advanced athlete so you should be having most if not all the skills you can find under calisthenics and should start working towards the single arm variations!

Now with that being said i end this post here and wish you athletes good luck in training and ofcourse showing off your skills😉 !
